Boating Safety Day at Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina

Join us Sunday, March 1st, from 8am- 4 pm for a Boating Safety Day at Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina with visits from the US Coast Guard from Station Tybee from 12 - 3pm and a hands-on demonstration with Fire Extinguishers and Flares at 2pm by the local Fire Department (in the parking lot of the Ship Store)!


Free Vessel Safety Checks will be performed from 8am - 4pm to ensure your boat is safe for the season. During the exam, you will learn from an experienced and qualified examiner and be made aware of any safety changes. As an added bonus, FREE T-Shirt for all boats receiving a Vessel examination!
