Captain Hook Fishing Charters is a family owned and operated business, serving Hilton Head Island visitors since 1996! Captain Brian Gale (Pictured Above) was born in Miami, raised in the keys and found a passion for sailing through helping his parents on Captain Hook Charters on Hilton Head Island. Captain Hook, now a 2nd generation family business, is a 70 ft long, 21 ft party fishing boat that allows for larger groups making it great for the whole family or crew!

Each trip includes your rod and reel, bait and tackle, fish rags, fish cleaning, ice for your fish, and instruction. The boat is U.S. Coast Guard approved and has the following features:

Google Guest Review from September 2023: “An absolute must do if you are in the area! The crew - Thomas & Clayton were extremely helpful. I loved seeing the Captain walking around and giving fun tips like how to record in slow motion when tossing your shark back! The woman that was inside the cabin was so friendly and sharing her sharks teeth with the kids. We had a group of 8 mixed in with many others. We always had bait, the crew was right there to help and the boat was very clean. Some caught a lot; other at least one - It was a great experience!”

We saw dolphins and several people caught sharks! We tried out 3 different spots and the last spot was the best! I know it’s hard to predict Mother Nature, but the captain did his best to get the rods bending. The crew members had their own larger rod in and let the kids help reel it in, so fun! Hands down 5-star experience!”

“We went out for the night shark fishing and caught a lot of fish! The kids had so much fun we went the next day for the offshore fishing and were reeling fish up the entire trip. The captain and both deckhands (Thomas and Clayton I believe) were awesome. We always had bait and they were there to help whenever needed. I highly recommend this crew if you just want to catch some fish and relax. Remember, it’s fishing not catching so go spend some time with friends and family and make a great memory!”
Captain Hook Party Fishing is available March – November, but run is a whole fleet of fishing charters you can take advantage of during the season & offseason as well.
